This synthetic polymer is based on PEG (polyethylene glycol) and fatty acids derived from coconut oil. HLB value 11-13 (gives oil-in-water emulsions).
A multifunctional agent with excellent emulsifying, emollient, refatting, and thickening properties. It is highly effective as a surfactant and foam booster and provides a conditioning effect for soft and smooth skin.
